We are currently accepting pre-orders (made to order).

1. Pre-orders now being accepted: As of the time you view this page, we are currently accepting pre-orders.
2. Prototype creation:
After the reservation deadline, we will start producing prototypes (samples).
Prototype completion scheduled for about 2 months.
Once the prototype is completed, we will release actual product photos (real-life images) on our official website and social media.
3. Final price confirmation & balance invoice:
The final price of the product will be finalized after the actual images of the prototype are released.
Once the reservation is confirmed, we will contact the customer via email or other means to request payment of the remaining balance.
Please note that at this point, production costs, material costs, etc. are finalized, so there may be a price difference from the time of reservation.
4. Start of production:
Once payment of the remaining balance has been confirmed, we will begin the official production of the product (large-scale production).
5. Delivery Schedule:
The standard production lead time from prototype completion to delivery of the product is expected to be approximately 2 to 3 months.
This may change depending on the weather, material procurement status, production status, etc. The latest information will be posted on our official website and social media.
[Price and payment information]
When making a reservation: You will be required to pay a reservation fee (deposit) as part of the product price. (*The reservation fee amount will be specified separately.)
*After the prototype is made: After the actual prototype image is released and the final price is confirmed, please pay the remaining balance.
* [Important] What to do if the balance is unpaid:
If the remaining balance is not paid, the product will not be produced or shipped. Your order will be treated as canceled, so please complete the procedure as soon as possible after receiving the invoice email.
The final price will be determined based on the actual product after prototyping.
[Cancellation policy]
Cancellations will only be accepted within one week of the actual prototype images being released.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us using the inquiry form.
In the event of cancellation, we will refund the deposit you have already paid minus a cancellation fee of approximately 10%.
This fee is primarily used to cover payment fees (such as PayPal) and administrative costs.
*As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations after one week has passed since the prototype images were released. Thank you for your understanding.
