Regarding long-term absence and refusal to receive parcels

If the product is returned to us and reshipped due to an extended absence or unknown address, shipping charges will be added.
When placing an order, please check the delivery address and order details.
*If you cancel after the product has been shipped, refuse to accept it, or are absent for an extended period of time, we will not be able to accept your order again.

Definition of return and exchange


◆Replenishment is possible only in the case of missing or defective items. (Definition of defective items: torn clothing, broken parts and tools, stains that cannot be removed on the surface)

◆After the product arrives, please check immediately to make sure that the product is correct and that there is no damage.
Tools in particular are at high risk of being damaged during transport, so we would appreciate it if you could check them immediately after receiving them.
❶ We apologize for the inconvenience, but if there is a problem with the product within 3 days of receiving it, please be sure to contact us by email: monenjoyjpcos@gmail.com or Twitter . As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges after 3 days.
❷We will check the product, so please provide a photo of the defective product and your order number when you contact us. (*If a part is missing, please provide a photo of the parts of the product you received.)
❸ Returns, exchanges or resupply will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Products that have been used by the customer at least once.

・If the costume size does not fit due to customer reasons.
- Items with perfume or tobacco smells or makeup stains.
- Products with torn labels.
- Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer.
- Peeling glue or paint from parts, excess glue, small scratches, slight loose threads, wrinkles, and dirt and stains on costumes that do not affect the whole thing are unavoidable when it comes to handmade items.
- Conditions that cannot be avoided during the manufacturing process (including odors)
- Not limited to the above, but any item that is not deemed defective based on the factory quality standards.
・Custom-made products.
*For some assembled tools, there are gaps in the connection parts, and some parts will not be fixed by simply inserting them.
This is a gap that was intentionally created to allow the part to be inserted, so it does not cause a quality issue.

*Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.

[Important] Notes regarding orders

▼About order confirmation Your order will be confirmed once payment is complete.
As a general rule, we cannot accept changes or cancellations after an order has been placed, so please make sure to select the size and check the product contents carefully before placing your order.

▼Cancellation conditions
1. In case of customer's convenience:
If you have selected the wrong size or would like to change the product, we can only accommodate your request within 48 hours of placing your order.

2. In the event of cancellation due to our reasons:
・If there is a delay of more than two weeks from the promised delivery date. ・If it becomes clear that the product cannot be supplied due to force majeure (see "Force Majeure" below).

▼Definition of force majeure events
1. Inability to procure raw materials (supplier goes bankrupt, etc.)
2. Natural disasters (damage to production bases due to typhoons, earthquakes, etc.)
3. Administrative measures (restrictions on activities in producing areas, etc.)
4. Minimum production quantity not reached (if the number of orders does not meet the manufacturer's specifications)

▼Timing of complete confirmation The transaction is considered completed when you receive the email notifying you that the product has been shipped.
We cannot accept any returns or exchanges due to customer reasons after the product has been fully confirmed.

*If an unexpected situation occurs, we will contact you promptly by email.

Cancellation Policy

◆For products sold in our store, the order details will be confirmed when payment is completed. Generally, orders cannot be cancelled.

If you have selected the wrong size or item when ordering, please contact us immediately.

◆If the delivery date is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery date we have communicated to you, we will be able to accommodate your request to cancel.

◆Some items may be out of stock at the time of your order, or if the ordered items cannot be produced, we may be forced to cancel your order.

* Reasons why ordered products cannot be produced include, but are not limited to, the following: Unable to supply raw materials for production; Production factory hit by natural disaster; Production ban due to location; Order quantity does not reach the planned number required for production, etc.

◆When we deliver the ordered items, your order will be considered complete. Once your order is complete, you will not be able to cancel it for any reason. Thank you for your understanding.
