■ Reservations in general
Q1. How long does it take from reservation to release?
A. It depends on the product (minimum 2 weeks - maximum 6 months). There may be a separate production period even after the product is released.
Q2. How can I check the release information?
A. You will be notified by email when the product goes on sale. You can check the "Pre-order special price: XX yen (until XX month/day)" notation in My Page > Reservation History.
Q3. Can I reserve multiple items of the same product?
A. There is a limit of one item per person.

Q4. Is it possible to cancel after making a reservation?
A. In principle, this is not possible. However, please contact us by email/X (formerly Twitter) in the following cases:
・Delays in delivery (2 weeks or more)
・Force majeure events (natural disasters, etc.)
*If payment is not made within 30 days of release, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Q14. Can I cancel my order?
A. In principle, no. Even if both parties agree, the points used cannot be returned.

Q9. Can I purchase it from the general public?
A. Available for purchase at regular price after release (no priority for preorder customers)

A. Orders will be placed on a first-come, first-served basis after release. We recommend that you make an early reservation to ensure your purchase.
Q12. How do I choose the size?
A. No need to preorder. We will publish a final size chart at the time of release.
